Our customer asked us to make him a key so he can leave in his wallet incase he forgets the keys inside the car, resulting him to call a locksmith and pay them to unlock the truck, he can simply just open the door by reaching out the his back pocket and opening the car door.

Defense Locksmith was contacted by this customer, (who lives in a different city) and were asked if possible to cut an emergency key, in the event they were to lock their keys in the vehicle.
We asked them to send us a picture of the key so we can analyze and make a duplicate.
We usually don't copy keys via pictures, but this specific customer is known to us and his company has a good reputation with us, so we proceeded with cutting the key and sending it to them.

Simon came to help me during the blizzard. It was freezing cold and I was locked out of my car. He was determined to get me in. After finally getting me in my car, he gave me a jump! He was very kind and patient . He could of left me , but he didn’t ! He was there until I was able to drive my car away. Most importantly he charged me a normal price. I had a really good experience hiring Defense locksmith for a rekey of 2 deadbolts and 2 door knobs + making extra keys. I called a few places and they either didn't answer or couldn't make it that day.
